ABOUT CHRISTIAN SMITH
The coach people call when everything else hasn’t worked.
Christian Smith is a relationship coach, speaker and teacher who works with business owners and leaders. He has built businesses, worked across six industries and rebuilt his own life from the ground up. He knows what it’s like to be crushing it at work and quietly crashing at home.

ADELAIDE · WHERE IT STARTED
An Adelaide kid who talked to everyone
Christian grew up in Adelaide, fascinated by people. He would talk to almost anyone and spend hours listening to stories and asking questions. He didn’t know it yet, but he was already studying the thing that would become his life’s work: why people do what they do.
Built by hard work
In 2003 he joined the family business as an apprentice painter. Over a 12-year career he won a number of Master Painting Awards on some of South Australia’s iconic buildings, and went on to run his own painting business.
Since then he has worked across six industries: retail, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, security, and professional and personal growth. He has run three businesses, a painting business, a café in Sydney and his coaching practice, and trained in riot control, basic hostage negotiation and fire management along the way.

OCTOBER 2012 · THE PART NOBODY SAW
The pattern he couldn’t see.
Relationship after relationship ended the same way, and each time Christian was sure the problem was the other person. By the fifth, it broke him.
In October 2012 he hit the lowest point of his life, with a voice in his head telling him, “Nobody loves you.” What pulled him back was simple: his dog, Buster, and the thought of who would look after him.
That night was the beginning of a very different life.
2014 · THE TURNING POINT
Finding the pattern, and changing it.
Christian wanted to understand the pattern that had nearly cost him his life. In 2014 he began his personal development journey. Since then he has invested more than $100,000 in his own education in relationships and human behaviour, learning from teachers including Michael Johnson and Dr John Demartini.
What he found became the R.A.W. Method™: the belief that great relationships are built on the foundation of who you are, and that the patterns running your relationships can be seen, understood and changed.

2018 TO TODAY · A LIFE WITH PURPOSE
A friend and coach first.
He moved from Adelaide to the Gold Coast in 2018 and to Sydney in 2023. He launched his coaching business during COVID and grew it to six figures within 14 months. Having run businesses in three industries, he understands the pressure business owners and leaders carry, and why it so often follows them home.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
From the outside, it all looks fine.
You run a business or lead a team, and you’re good at it. People rely on you. You’re the one who holds it together.
But at home, something has gone quiet. The same argument keeps coming back in different clothes, or there’s no argument at all, just distance. You’ve read the books and tried the podcasts. Nothing has stuck.
Christian knows that place, because he’s lived it.
The nights you don’t talk about
— Wondering why you can win everywhere except here.
— Feeling unseen by the person who matters most.
— Performing at home the same way you perform at work.
— Worrying you’re about to repeat a pattern you swore you’d never repeat.
WHAT YOU REALLY WANT
It isn’t more success. It’s to feel like you’re enough, at work and at home.
To come home and feel seen.
A partner who feels like a teammate again.
Conversations that don’t end in the same fight.
To stop performing and just be yourself.
To lead from the same steady place at work and at home.
Christian helps people build the foundation of themselves first, so the relationships they care about most can finally work.
