Is this therapy?
No. Therapy looks backwards. This looks at what’s happening right now and what’s possible from here.
Is it only for couples, or can singles do it too?
Singles, couples, separated — it doesn’t matter. Every relationship pattern starts with you, not your partner.
Do I need to know anything before we start?
No preparation needed. You don’t have to have the answers. Working them out together is the point.
